I woke up this morning with 3 pustules on my chin. The papules I had the night before turns into pustules, which I thought is good. After I wash my face this evening, they shrunk. And just now one of them dried up and I peeled the dead skin, made me able to see the dirt clogging my pore. So I took my extractor and give a little press to get it out. Right after that I saw a small pustule next to the clogged pore so I extracted it and the pus burst out, hehe... Use Clearasil toner to dried the blood then I add Clindamycin gel to the spot.

day 7

I went out the whole day today, put on my sunblock at 8am and rinsed it off at 9pm. So tired right now but I can't sleep yet.

my face feels so dry, taught n it hurts a little bit especially around my chin. I guess this is because I didn't get the chance to use my SK2 FTE this evening.

My cheeks are now left with red acne scars, still have active pimples on my chin n jaws. The good news is my 2 big nodules already subsided, leaving brown marks that gets better everyday. But the pimples or should I say papules on my chin n jaws are quite big :( have to be patient.

I really hate using foundation right now. Even with my HG foundie, Revlon Colorstay, I still feel to heavy. Don't understand how did I use it everyday for the past year. Thinking of trying The Skin Food Aloe Sun bb cream, but I kept in reminding myself that I must save up for my next shopping.

day 6

I haven't give any update on Retin A & Mediklin TR these past few nights. I still having comedones coming out from their sleep on both cheeks and my chin. Chin looks ugly rite. Hopefully it will go away soon.

The good news is the papule on my forehead started to shrink though it still looks brown. Hoping the giant papules on my chin would follow :)

Met my besties at TP. Had a great time there. Fenny told me since she started using TSF Aloe BB cream, her pimples lessen. Kose mask also helps. Wanted to try, but I'm broke. I shopped a lot lately, Bobbi's mini compact foundie, brush guard and MUS buffing brush. The seller told me she has sent the brush guard n buffing brush yesterday, I hope I'll receive them tomorrow. Can't wait to try MUS brush.

day 2

When I woke up this morning I saw my big pustules completely dry and just a matter of time till they fall off. My big nodule on chin didn't hurt anymore. The papule on the side of my nose starting to show the pus.

Tonight my big pustules has fell, leaving the red marks there. The papule still show a little pus but it shrunk. The one things that bother me are the papule on my forehead still there, no changes. Then there's the redness on my cheeks are still there. And the last thing the chin nodule, it looks red. I could still feel the hard nodule inside although it doesn't hurt anymore.

So I decided to only apply Mediklin TR on the really need it. Btw I'm experiencing purging from Retin A, nothing major, hopefully not, hehe...

day 1

Yesterday I blogged about my new acne care regime, tonight I'll give my first update on it.

My big pustules dried up although they're still there. I called it big pustules because it's not a cyst, still a pustule but bigger than my usual pustules. The papules flattened a bit, the redness reduced. So far so good, but it's still the first uses. Hopefully this regime works :)

Retin A 0.025% & Mediklin TR

since I'm desperate with my acne, I consulted one of dermatolgy intern via bbm. Told her my condition and she adviced me to use a pH balanced cleanser and the lowest strength of tretinoin followed by a combination between tretinoin and clindamycin. I haven't had time to look for the cleanser, not to mention I'm quite sure we don't have it here in Surabaya, so decided to get the tretinoin-clindamycin since I've Retin A 0.025%.

Right after I got home from my relative's wedding, I removed my makeup (I use a thick layer of foundation tonight to conceal my red dots), I applied Retin A, waited for a few minutes then dotted Mediklin TR on my active pimples.

Mediklin TR is a combination of tretinoin 0.025% and clindamycin 1.2%, even stronger then Cindala Gel that I use every morningg.

So from now my blog would be full with updates of this treatment. My next schedule for chemical peeling is august 9, but I'll decide to go or not depending on my skin condition.

frustrated over acne

The purging from tretinoin hasn't finish. Now both of my cheek are full with red dots. Red, inflamed papules staring back at me everytime I look into the mirror. And to make things worse, I have 2 nodules on my chin, also inflamed. Tried masking it but comes to a fail. Hope I could conceal my pimples, tonight is my cousin's wedding and tomorrow is my bf's birthday
